Arts and crafts are probably one of my favorite hobbies. Incorporate that with fashion, that’s wearable…golden! My friend, Esti Choi who is pretty much a bad ass, has inspired me to start reconstructing, embellishing or just reinventing some of my unworn clothing & accessories. Esti is currently a buyer for a major department store and has a remarkably keen eye for fashion. She was formerly the owner of a very fashion forward clothing boutique, in Austin, before her recent move to NYC. The girls got mad style! So to add on to her badassery, she recently constructed a pair of studded high-waisted shorts. I asked Esti to send me some pics. Sure I have seen these same shorts in stores, as they are the latest trend, but hers are special…. #diy edition (do it yourself). The great thing about these shorts is that they can be dressed up or dressed down! Looks like I’m going to have to organize a diy/wine night! I have the perfect bag I have been dying to do something to. Be inspired! Make some shit! DIY!
